OPERATOR/ADJUSTER AND MAINTENANCE TRAINING

We now offer Beasley French training for both operator/adjusters and maintenance personnel. We cover every assembly from the delivery table to the tail end section. While we are training, we emphasize how the machine functions mechanically so the operator/adjusters will troubleshoot more efficiently and better understand why they are making their adjustments. On the maintenance side we emphasize the importance of lubrication, critical diameters, bearing tolerances, side to side movement tolerances, proper alignments, gear mesh and overall mechanics of the machine.

FORMER HANGER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

In our goal to improve some of the inherent issues with the OEM Beasley French machines we created a more operator friendly former hanger support assembly. Many of the adjustments can be made without the use of tools and with the addition of the linear rods and bearings the side-to-side movement takes very little effort

INPUT GEAR BOX UPGRADE

The OEM Beasley input gear box is an open style that allows paper dust, debris and contaminated oil to come in contact with the gears and bearings that will greatly reduce the life of the gears and bearings. There are also times that the oil supply is blocked off or not enough oil is pumping to keep the gears and bearings properly lubricated. This gear box is the most critical component to the entire gear train of the bag machine that it drives. Once there is wear of the spiraled miter gears and or bearings, the increased backlash has profound impact on all of the connecting gears that it drives, we designed an enclosed gear box assembly that will last years without any internal wear and in turn will lengthen the life of all connecting gears

BEASLEY WEB SLITTER UPGRADE

The OEM Beasley French slitter assembly is functional, but the parts are in a location where it is difficult to adjust and move position. Often times the web will need to be broken when adjusting the slitter knife and or mating anvil. Setting the depth and position of the slitter blade to the anvil can be difficult as well, especially for new operators. We designed a unit that bolts directly to the tail end where it is very easy to adjust and move position. we replaced the traditional razor cut slitter with a crush cut slitter, we also integrated an 80/20 frame assembly to mount the seam glue guns. this makes it very easy to adjust the unit up and down and side to side with the use of the hand brake handles.

UNWIND STAND

We recently started producing unwind stands. Our first set will be complete by December 5th. We will have more information at that time

PNEUMATIC BATCH COUNT

We now include pneumatic batch counts on our new Beasley French builds. We also offer a mechanical to pneumatic conversion on your existing Beasley French machines. This eliminates the need for individual count gears to achieve your desired bag count. You simply input the desired number of bags and press enter. This function can be performed while the machine is running for your convenience.

CONSTANT ROTATING BOTTOM GLUE DRIVE

We are now installing bottom glue pot drive systems on Beasley French bag machines. This keeps the paste drum rotating at all times eliminating the bottom glue from spilling out of the paste pot when the machine is stopped, it also keeps the glue from drying on the paste drum as well when the machine is stopped. You can control when the bottom glue is engaged and disengaged through the rate meter panel outputs.

Air removal assembly

we designed this device to safely remove air from the delivering bags and at the same time achieving a consistent batch count. also, the adjustment is performed from the outside of the machine keeping the operators hands safe.
